ABOUT RAYMOND RAY
Raymond Ray, owner of Ray Capital Group, LLC has over 30 years of professional experience in various businesses, which include: Real Estate and Gold and Precious Metals. In Real Estate he has a diversity of experience ranging from Development, Mortgage Banking, Financial Services and Construction. He has worked on over $150 million worth of building construction and Multifamily Real Estate for the Federal Government and the Dade County Aviation Department, as well as over $60 million of Luxury Condominiums in South Florida. As an Accredited investor and business entrepreneur, Raymond has managed mortgage portfolios and assets ranging from $80-$100 million, and his expertise includes investor relations, capital raising and working with family offices.
Mr. Ray obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Wayne Huizenga Graduate School of Business at Nova Southeastern and a double major in Finance and International Business from Florida International University. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Raymond alongside his wife live in Coral Gables, Florida and have 3 beautiful children. He enjoys spending time with his family in the Florida Keys.
ABOUT JULIE RAY
Julie Ray alongside her husband are the owners and managing partners of Ray Capital Group, LLC. Our real estate investment firm focuses on the acquisition and management of commercial and value-add multi-family properties. Our investment strategy is to reposition these assets in emerging markets.
She is also a real agent for the reputable Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty.
Having an extensive background in business development, leadership and contract negotiations, she combines her knowledge and passion into Multifamily, Real Estate, and Tangible Assets, such as Gold and Precious Metals.
She attended the University of Miami and received her Master of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
Julie resides in Coral Gables with her husband and 3 children. She attributes her passion for real estate to her husband, Raymond Ray.
Julie shows professionalism and has amazing communication skills that have allowed her to develop many business relationships and lifetime networks.
